Terms and conditions for reservations:

  Once confirmed, your reservation is guaranteed by your credit card.
  You will not be charged, except in the situations indicated in the cancellations policy.
  When paying for your room, you may do so by card or in cash.

  Your reservation is totally secure. The data we receive is coded and treated confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of processing your reservation.

  Prices shown are per room per night, including breakfast. VAT not included.
  Children under 4 free. Children from 4 to 12, add 5 € per room.
  In both cases, sharing the room with two adults. Subject to availability.

  Arrivals from 2.00 p.m. Departures until 12.00 midday.
  Breakfast: 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
  Animals are not allowed.

Cancellations policy

  No charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. In the event of not using the room or cancelling the reservation after this period, the cost of the first night will be charged to your credit card, and the reservation will be cancelled.
  The cancellation must be made using the same e-mail address as the reservation.
  To reserve during the Fallas festivals, the cost of the first night will be charged at the time of making the reservation, which must be for at least five nights, starting on the 15th. In this case cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date, otherwise the no-show fee will be charged.

Personal data

  Guests are hereby notified that their personal data will be stored on files held by TRINIDAD ARNAU RODRIGUEZ, S.L., VAT Nº. B-96.445.960, to be used in booking your reservation. You may access, rectify, cancel or oppose this data by contacting the Booking Office, HOTEL VALENCIA, Calle Convento San Francisco, 7, 46002 - Valencia.
